The right to refuse

Time Frame 

Due to traffic, accidents, lunch breaks & spending extra time in house KICCS does not give specfic time frames. We will give you an hour "time frame" this is the expected time from house to house. Please understand that employees may hit traffic, or run over in a house. If 30 Minutes has lapsed and you have not recieved an email or phone call, please call or email to check on times.

If your home has bed bugs, excess amounts of insect activity or rodents we as a company have the right to refuse to clean your home. These are all health hazards, and do not clean under these conditions. KICCS does not clean up feces, vomit, or any other bodily fluids. As these are health hazards.

Lock Out

Confirmed appointments who end up having to reschedule on the same day they are scheduled for will be charged $20 as an inconvenience fee. 

Discount

KICCS offers 15% off reoccuring customers prices for Military, EMS, Fire & Police .

The 15% will be taken off of a weekly, biweekly, or monthly price after a deep clean has been done.

If you live in an apartment/condo that requires us to park in a parking garage or use a meter we must be told at the time you make your appointment . If we arrive to your home and do not have parking within a reasonable distance we have the right to reschedule your cleaninf to a different date. It is the cusomters responsibility to make sure we know where to park and if any fees apply .
